How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Angrytraffic Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Angrytraffic Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Angrytraffic Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@angrytraffic.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If you are not satisfied with our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
